Sallyman Pool is a private, invitation-only NFL prediction pool run for a group of friends. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Information we collect

Account details you provide: name/display name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Pool activity: the bets you place, your standings, and related pool history.
Basic usage data: pages you visit within the app and error reports, used only to run the site and help troubleshoot problems you report.

How we use it

To operate the pool — place and settle bets, keep standings, and show your account.
To send you notifications you opted into, by email and, if you provided a number, text message (line freezes, lock reminders, results). See our SMS Policy.
To provide support and keep the site secure and working.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver the pool — namely our email provider (SendGrid) and text-message provider (Twilio) — solely to send the messages you signed up for. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can update or remove your email and mobile number any time in Settings. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe from messages. To delete your account, email us.

Data security & retention

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your data, and we keep it only while you are a member of the pool.
